Dora has over ten years of experience coaching more than 120 national and international teams through early-stage incubation, virtual acceleration, and corporate innovation programs. She has built strong partnerships with incubators across Europe, contributing to a successful international virtual acceleration program, and has established an extensive network within the global start-up ecosystem.
Dora holds a BSc in Management Science and Technology and an MSc in Information Systems from the Athens University of Economics and Business, both awarded with scholarships from the State Scholarship Foundation. She has been recognized as an international leader in entrepreneurship and innovation by the U.S. Embassy and the U.S. Department of State through their IVLP program.
Passionate about technology trends, coaching teams, and exploring new products, she is also pursuing a PhD in Startup Growth and Fund Performance. Dora’s strategic insight and expertise make her a driving force in nurturing innovation and accelerating early-stage success.

While at Uni.Fund:

• Spearheaded the deal flow and led the VC evaluation process, assessing over 2,000 startups and spin-offs from the EU region.
• Directed and managed 55+ transactions over the past 7 years, overseeing all aspects including deal structuring, negotiations, due diligence, and deal closure.
• Providing strategic support to portfolio companies in business planning, product development, sales pipeline management, and financial monitoring, driving growth and operational efficiency.
• Key Partner in charge of six portfolio companies. Led the execution of the respective investment cases (business validation/due diligence and deal structuring).
• Cultivating and managing strong relationships within the start-up ecosystems across Europe, UK and Israel, fostering collaboration and new investment opportunities
