As the former CEO of a leading UK venture capital firm, number one in its sector, Panos managed a portfolio of 43 companies ranging from seed to development stage, with combined revenues of 120 million pounds and 1.123 employees. Under his leadership, the firm achieved triple-digit multiples, overseeing two IPOs, six trade sales, two management buyouts (MBOs) and one management buy-in (MBI). Moreover, he led various restructurings to optimize portfolio performance.

While at Uni.Fund:

• Reviewed more than 300 cases. Key contributor to defining the fund and portfolio management strategy.
• Key Partner in charge of four portfolio companies and involved in many others. Led the execution of the respective investment cases (business validation/due diligence and deal structuring).
